LIABILITY INSURANCE:
*Required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Kensington Police Protection & Community Services District as additional insured in one million dollars ($1,000,000). The certificate should state that the policy covers the District as an ADDITIONAL INSURED.

Please NOTE:
A refundable cleaning deposit is required via check within 48 hours of rental approval and will be returned after 10 days of the event if the facility is left in a pre-event condition or better. If any damages or trash is left behind, this will result in a loss of deposit.
*Refundable Cleaning Deposit without Alcohol: $250.00
*Refundable Cleaning Deposit with Alcohol: $500.00
PARKING:
There is a 22-car parking lot off Arlington Ave and Park Drive. The district owns the southern half of the lot, and all guests are welcome to park on that half only. The church owns the northern side. All other parking spaces are near the community center, above the tennis courts, or along Kensington Park Rd.
TRASH REMOVAL:
Garbage Dumpster is available onsite near the center to dispose of all trash consumed during and after the event.
